My first outfit post of 2014 :) Crazy how its already a new year. I have so many goals that I have set for myself this year! Anyways, I'm excited to share with you guys one of my favorite trends of all time: leather. 

I think leather will forever be my staple fall/winter item in my closet. It just looks so chic and edgy. This army green jacket looks more edgy with faux leather sleeves. I am so in love with my Xmas gift which is this Rebecca Minkoff "mini mac" bag. I have been talking about getting this bag for over a year and I'm happy my hunny decided to surprise me this year with it. <3

I love to pair leather with suede boots. I like to contrast more than doing leather on leather. I chose to do over the knee high boots with this look. The boots make more legs look longer and for a petite girl I like that! Lastly I chose a high low black knit sweater because I just love how the back of the sweater peeks out from under the jacket.
