Healthy Morning Smoothie Recipe: Women on the Go


My sister's wedding is coming up quickly in February and I need to get in shape ASAP! I want to start being more healthy and I am a big fan of smoothies! I was scrolling the internet and I came across this recipe on Refinery 29 website for a smoothie called Spiced Wisdom. The ingredients were some that I haven't tried before so I wanted to give it a shot. 

It came out pretty good and I wanted to share it with you guys! 


Ingredients:

10 oz almond milk
2 inches turmeric root = 2 tbsp ground turmeric
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 handful of walnuts
pinch of cinnamon
1 1/2 bananas

I hope you guys enjoy your smoothie! I made mine in my Magic Bullet and it came out so smooth and creamy. It makes a lot so you can even save some for later or share!
