Looking back at 2016

As we near the final days of 2016 I look back on this year and I am so grateful for! Its the important things that I am grateful for; my family, health, my church, and life. I remind myself to never take a day for granted and live a thankful and happy life. Although I have bad days like everyone else but I try to keep it to myself and not allow it to affect others.

When a new year approaches for awhile now I like to write down in a notebook two things: 1.) What I am grateful to God for 2.) What are my goals in the new year. In 2017 I look forward to getting married in April, growing my blog and finally traveling internationally. I look forward to new memories, adventures and beautiful sweet moments with my family, friends and those that I cross paths with. I want to give back more and do charitable work, help others and spread more positivity and kindness. I have always felt that even in the smallest way I like to hopefully have a decimal of an impact on a person life whether through a simple smile, holding the door, saying God bless you or offering a helping hand. Its not great multitudes of change or where I want to be but its something and something is better than nothing.

I would love to know what your New Years Resolutions are? What do you do to record them? What are you grateful for this year?
I noticed that this post has nothing to do with my outfit look LOL but at times it feels good to open up and speak freely through my blog and readers. One thing I will say about this look is I have been looking for over a year now for a oatmeal color sweater and I found this soft one from Zara.

Sweater: Zara (love this one) / Boots: Public Desire (click here) /
Bag: Gucci (click here) / Sunnies: Quay Australia
